This program contains everything you need to use Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, and Serbian in Windows. Six Cyrillic TrueType fonts are included, and Cyrillic fonts from other sources are fully supported. Our popular Cyrillic keyboard utility is included, offering a variety of standard and phonetic keyboard layouts which may be easily customizable.

Character Set Converter gives you an easy way to convert documents between Unicode and a wide variety of character sets used for Baltic, Central European, Cyrillic, and Western languages. You can also add custom character sets if necessary. The text to be converted may reside on disk or in the clipboard. Keep in mind that this version only converts plain text.
